Terms of Service & Telehealth Consent

Version 0.3 (draft)Last updated 12 July 2026Governing law: NSW, Australia
Consent summary

Telehealth consent is confirmed separately before care. Browsing is not consent.

  • Care is remote, by secure video or message.
  • A clinician may require in-person care.
  • Not an emergency service. Call 000 in an emergency.
  • Withdraw telehealth consent at any time.

01About these terms

These terms form an agreement between you and Cloud9 Peak Health Pty Ltd (“Cloud9”). By creating an account or using Cloud9, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

02Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18.
  • You must be in Australia during each consultation.
  • You must provide accurate information and be able to consent to your care.

03Nature of the service

Cloud9 provides preventive telehealth care through registered Australian practitioners, including diagnostics, clinical review, plans and re-measurement.

Cloud9 complements, not replaces, your GP. Platform information is general until a clinician reviews your circumstances. It is not urgent or emergency care.

04Telehealth consent

Before your first consultation, you must separately consent to:

  • Remote care. No physical examination; clinicians rely on your information and results.
  • Limitations. Clinicians may require in-person care.
  • Technology. Interrupted consultations may move or use another secure channel.
  • Records & privacy. Consultations are recorded under our Privacy Policy.
  • Withdrawal. Withdraw anytime without affecting past care.

05Your responsibilities

  • Keep health information complete, accurate and current.
  • Follow your plan and seek review if symptoms change or worsen.
  • Secure your account and use it only for your care.
  • Disclose other treatments and practitioners.

06Prescriptions & pathology

Treating clinicians decide whether to order pathology or prescribe under Australian standards. No test or medication is guaranteed. Some require in-person assessment.

07Emergencies

Cloud9 is not an emergency service. For chest pain, breathing difficulty, severe bleeding, self-harm thoughts or another emergency, call 000 or attend an emergency department. For non-urgent after-hours help, contact healthdirect on 1800 022 222.

08Membership & fees

Membership is $1,499 per year (AUD, GST included, billed annually). Renewal terms may change with notice. Eligible items may be billed to Medicare where clinically indicated. Cancel anytime for a pro-rata refund under sign-up terms.

09Liability

Nothing excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable laws. Where permitted, platform liability is limited to re-supplying the service or its cost. Australian healthcare counsel must approve this clause before clinical launch.

10Changes & contact

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes and seek renewed consent where required.
